These webmaster related topics are exists in Internet section. Previously we had different forums but due to less activities all merged in to internet section.

Buy sell zone may not go with off topic niche IMO (it will look the webmaster forum), so not created.

Well i don't now. Sell/buy zone is not just for webmasters. It would be useful for user members.
Not even just Webmasters can buy things.
