I'd have to say that I still like Mike Tyson's Punchout from the 80's.

Atari's Asteroids is a game that goes on until you are killed by an asteroid. Hence, you can't win a prize at the end.

Without a doubt the best game I have ever played has to be Fallout: New Vegas. It's the greatest game I have ever played and it's also the game I have played the longest on before getting bored!
