There are many many advantages of taking morning walk in garden.
Firstly you are walking in natural climate a fresh and energetic atmosphere
You will be getting natural sunlight of early morning which is very good for human body
Due to many trees and lawns you are getting very fresh oxygen
You have the choice to walk bare foot on grass, it is good for eyes
Many people are taking morning walk in busy garden, and you get good motivation to complete your walking task.
These are some of the benefits of taking morning walk in the garden, hope the offwalk members would share more point here.

Thanks Jee for sharing the wonderful tips of morning walk. I am afraid I am Not a Morning walk person, the only walk I do in the morning is dropping my sons to their School. :)-:

You must be wishing it must be at some distance, so can have morning walk also.

Morning walk is for a healthy body but if you need well toned body then you need to hit the GYM to tone each and every part properly

I agree, the machines must be very carefully use or that can trouble your body.
In walking you can have the exercise of your lower body, and you can do pushups types exercise for your upper part of body for that you need not join the gym compulsory. If you are saving money and time (going to gym may take some time and also for return back) it is worth doing yourself only.

yea your correct but i bet you wont get the desired share if you do it at home. If you join Gym which has a very good trainer can do wonders for you. My advise: do no take any supplements. Eat well (if possible eat non veg most of the time .That's i did when i had joined.I will display a pic of mine lol.I made that muscle in just 4 months)

I mostly prefer going to Gym, I know it wastes time but in the end I guess its Worth it :)-:.

If you have the intention of building physic (Body building) then you must have the trainer, which of course cost you extra.
But just for maintaining your body morning walk and some upper body exercise would be enough in my opinion.

yes its worth. Hitting the gym is a nice way to get in desired shape. But your trainer must have good knowledge

G, you wrote some very good tips for enjoying a walk in the garden. I'm not a morning person either, though a stroll in my garden first thing before I start work is relaxing. Sometimes I sit on a wooden bench beneath our Ilex trees and meditate. And when I return inside I feel more able to cope with the day ahead.
