Depression is an illness as a disease that attacks the mind and also body. And to fight against it, one must treat a person. The doctors can help to fight depression with medication. The therapist can also help you by offering sympathy and new ways of thinking about that problems.

What can one do to fight with it? you may think you are powerless to fight against it. If any one struggled with depression most of his/her life. Doctors and therapists have been crucial allies, but all the pills and all the speeches in the world would not have been enough had not done part of it. One had to learn to fight against depression every day. One must have the willingness to fight with it.

My sister was just diagnosed with clinical depression after reading an article online and then visiting a psychologist. I am learning to fight it with daily exercise and diet.

Right and somebody to talk to is a great therapy.
