Do you walk very fast, fast or slow?

Many times we find few people those are too slow or very fast in walking . So what about you .

I walk in medium speed and never try to hurry or you can say that to walk 10 minutes I take 15 minutes while enjoying views .

Well I think my walking is fast (not very fast) it may be I think quickly while walking.

But I certainly walk fast while morning walk :)

Yeah but did you faced any problem while walking with someone else . Many times we find some people and they are more faster or too slow in this . I have faced this problem several times when we used to take clients to show new property point in buildings .

Yes every one has their own style of walking :)

If you are flexible to match them then there would be no problem what so ever to any one :)

But most of the time we don't have too much time and the people we get keepwalking in slow motions and others are waiting in office .

In this situation we also have to walk slow with them and keep thinking in mind than how to make him run faster . lolz

It may be their style of walking or any other reason, but why to make unhappy yourself, you have to match his walk some time not always :)

I walk at medium pace, not too slow and not too fast. However when I am dropping my sons at school I am bit slow as they walk slowly:). When I am walking with my mother I am slow as she walks slowly, we keep talking and walking:D.

My husband walks really fast, however when we are walking together he slow down his pace to match my speed. I think we must be flexible and adjust our speed according to others.

You know, when you want to reduce your weight you need to walk fast.. very fast but if you want to gain weight you need walk with lower pace. I always walk at a pace little bit slower than fast. :D

I tend to walk quite fast. I think music makes me walk faster aswell because while I'm getting into the music I tend to speed up. It only works for quick songs and not slow songs though.

If you had a hard day you will most likely walk slow, in the morning fast so you don't get to late to school or work. I have to walk fast in the morning to not miss bus and in the evening not to miss bus.

It got stolen... I used to go with cycle to the bus stop, not to the school as its to far away

I walk slower then, I did ten years ago. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and I had major surgery done about 4 years ago I had a spinal infusion done.All this has slowed me right done.

I think that those who do the fast walk, where they swing their arms a great deal for exercise while walking fast, looks funny, to me anyway.

But it's a great way to get aerobic exercise, I must say.

Ohhh I walk at a snails pace lol!

Its a right giggle if I'm out walking with hubby, as I'm sure he thinks he's Usain Bolt or summit...because I almost have to jog to keep up, but he says its because I'm a slow coach :P
